Prove yourself and ask a quick question to your team members:
- What is the goal of our team?
- How are your tasks related to the team’s goal?

Spend some time reflecting on the team’s answers - do they all clearly understand the team goal/ How would you rank their understanding on a scale from 1 to 10?
