◦ Management role (task distribution, control, tracking).
◦ Leadership role (motivation, engagement, people development).
◦ Cultural role (feedback, open communication, trust).

  • Determine the current stage of your team's development using the Tuckman methodology.
  • Think of the supporting arguments. We will need this at the workshop.

  • Consider what actions you have already taken as a leader at this stage.
  • Think of the actions proposed in the presentation that you would consider to implement
  • Think for yourself: what is preventing you from moving on to the next stage - “Storming”?
  • And most importantly, how is the Forming stage similar to a Performing team, and how can we differentiate them?

  • Consider what signs of the Storming stage you have already observed or are currently observing in your team.
  • What actions have you already taken as a leader?
